Moderation Period: Tuesday 8th –Wednesday 16th May
Assessment Criteria - What you need to produce for each Assessment Objective:
AO1- Critical and Contextual - 20marks
1. Artist Link Pages – At least four artists to be researched
2. Two related to your theme and two related to your final piece process/media
3. These should be – ‘Visual and Written Responses’ to artists/designers/craftsperson
AO2- Development of Ideas - 20 marks
1. How your work has progressed –image board, mind map, sketching
2. Experimentation with a range of materials and processes
3. Evidence of 2d/3d thinking - prototypes
4. Planning for final piece
AO3 – Recording and Observation – 20 marks
1. Photographs
2. Drawing and painting – All your observational drawing
AO4 – Final Piece and Written Understanding – 20 marks
1. Statement of intent – (Introduction to your project)
2. Evaluations on your pages
3. All written annotation
4. Two Final Pieces (one 3d and one 2d both stemming from same theme – best practice) from two different areas of practice/media
